Subscriptions
DemandHunt paid plans are billed as SaaS subscriptions through Stripe. Your billing settings show your current plan, subscription status, and billing portal access.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals according to Stripe and DemandHunt's current subscription handling.
Refund requests
Refunds are handled case by case. If you believe there was a billing mistake or you need help with a recent charge, contact hello@demandhunt.ai from your account email address.
